Account Settings
In Account Settings, signed-in users can review and change their own information.
Both administrators and users can update their own account settings.
1. Open the Account Settings screen
- Open the account menu in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- Click 【Account】 to open the 【Account Settings】 screen.
2. Change account information
On the 【Account Settings】 screen, you can review and change the following items.

|---|---|
| Account Name | The account name shown in the UI. Enter up to 36 characters. |
| Email Address | The email address used for login. This cannot be changed on this screen. |
| Password | Opens the password change screen. |
| Multi-factor authentication (MFA) | Review the MFA status, and enable or disable MFA. |
| Time Zone | The time zone used for dates and times shown in the UI. |
| Profile Image | The profile image. Click the image to change it. |
After making changes, click the [Save] button to save them.
To discard your changes, click the [Cancel] button.
3. Change the password
- On the 【Account Settings】 screen, start the password change action from the password field.
- On the 【Set Password】 screen, enter “New Password” and “New Password (confirmation)”.
- Click the [Set Password] button to change the password.
4. Enable MFA
When MFA is enabled, you must enter a verification code from your authenticator app in addition to your password when you log in.
- In the 【Multi-factor authentication (MFA)】 section, click the [Enable MFA] button.
- Scan the displayed QR code with your authenticator app.
- Enter the 6-digit code shown by the authenticator app.
- Click the [Verify and enable] button to enable MFA.
TIPS!
If you cannot scan the QR code, click [Regenerate QR] to generate a new QR code.
5. Disable MFA
- In the 【Multi-factor authentication (MFA)】 section, click the [Disable MFA] button.
- Review the confirmation message and proceed with disabling MFA.
After MFA is disabled, you can log in with only your password from the next login onward.
You can enable MFA again whenever needed.
6. Log in with an MFA code
For accounts with MFA enabled, the 【MFA Code】 entry screen appears during login.
Enter the 6-digit code shown by your authenticator app, then click the [Submit] button to complete login.
TIPS!
MFA codes are refreshed after a certain amount of time. If a code becomes invalid, enter the latest code shown by your authenticator app.
