Expiration of points(for administrators)
The administrator can check the expiry date of the points used by Cloud Bouquet.
This section explains how to check points nearing their expiry date.
1. Expiry date of points
First, we explain how points expire.
Points are awarded by us according to the order placed by the customer. Once points have been awarded
The points expire 180 days from the date of grant. (Some points have a different expiry date depending on the campaign, etc.).
After the expiry date, the points expire and cannot be used.
TIPS!
- Points will expire at 09:00 AM (JST) the following day.
2. How to check points nearing expiration for each wallet
Next, we explain how to check for points approaching expiration within the wallet.
To check the expiry date of points in your wallet, begin by selecting [Setting] followed by [Point Wallets] from the left-hand menu bar. This will open the [Point Wallets] screen.
If you have points in your wallet that are about to expire, a number will appear in the [Notification] section of the [Point Wallets] screen.
By pressing [Notification], [Expiration date approaching] will be displayed and you can check the points that are nearing their expiry date.
TIPS!
- It is possible to check which points will expire within 30 days of the current date.

3. How to check points nearing expiration in specific userGroup wallets
Then, we explain how to check points in a specific wallet that are about to expire.
Clicking the [Detail] button of any wallet on the [Point Wallets] screen will take you to the [Wallet Detail] screen.
If there are points in the selected wallet that are about to expire, the number of notifications will be displayed in the [Notifications] section of the [Wallet Detail] screen.
Pressing [Notification] displays the [Expiration date approaching] modal and allows you to check the points in a specific wallet that are approaching their expiration date.

- It is possible to check points that will expire within 30 days of the current date.
