Explains how administrators can check contract status and usage status

On the dashboard, administrators can review contract status, available resources, and monthly point and usage-hour totals.
The dashboard is an administrator-only screen.

1. Open the dashboard

Open the 【Dashboard】 screen from the left menu.
Use the tabs at the top of the screen to switch between 【Contract】 and 【Usage】.

2. Contract tab

On the 【Contract】 tab, you can review contract details and available resources.

SectionDescription
Contract DetailsShows the contract type and contract period.
Plan periodShows the contract type, either On-Demand or Monthly.
If the contract is Monthly and has an expiration date, the date is also shown.
Usage optionsShows the options available to the organization.
Available ResourcesShows the available regions and GPU resources.

3. Usage tab

On the 【Usage】 tab, you can review the monthly usage status of servers that were actually used.

  1. Select the target month.
  2. In “Monthly Actual Usage Points and Hours”, review the total consumed points and total usage time for the selected month.
  3. Click the [CSV] button to export the usage details for the selected month in CSV format.

The main information shown on the 【Usage】 tab is as follows.

Total Consumed PointsThe total number of points consumed by actual usage in the selected month.
Total Usage TimeThe total usage time in the selected month.
CSVExports usage details.
The CSV includes the server name, time zone, usage date, consumed points, user group name, organization name, usage time, region name, and plan name.
