How to check point balance for users

First, select [Cloud Servers] from the menu bar on the left side of the screen (click and hold) to open the [Cloud Servers] screen. Then, click the [+Add Server] button in the upper right corner of the [Cloud Servers] screen to open the [Select Server Group] screen.

Click the [+Add Server] button at the top right of the 【Cloud Servers】 screen.

The [Select Server Group] screen displays preconfigured server groups (groups of servers per region) (only server groups that can be used by the user in question will be displayed).

Confirm the user group for which you wish to check the point balance in the “User Group Name” field, and click the [Select] button. After clicking the button, you will be redirected to the [Select Server Type] screen.

TIPS!
- If the same User Group is displayed for multiple different Server Groups, you may select any Server Group.

  • If the user being operated belongs to more than one User Group, select the User Group (Wallet) from the “User Group Name” field for which you wish to check your point balance.

The [Select Server Type] screen displays “Selected Server Group” (the server group being selected) and “Selected Region” (the region being selected) at the top, and a list of compute node specifications in the center of the screen. “User Group:” and “Balance:” in the upper right corner of the screen display the user group name (the user group wallet from which points are consumed) and the number of available points (point balance).
