How to Check Point Balance（for Users）

This section explains how users can check their own point balance.
For point management for administrators, please refer to How to Manage Points（for Administrators）.

1. How to Check Point Balance for Users

This section explains how users can check the point balance for the user group they belong to.

1.1. Checking During Compute Server Reservation

Users can check the point balance of their user group wallet during the compute server reservation process.

  1. Open the 【Cloud Servers】 screen from the 〈Cloud Servers〉 menu on the left.

  1. Click the [+Add Calc Server] button in the upper right of the 【Cloud Servers】 screen to open the 【Select Server Type】 screen.

  2. On the 【Select Server Type】 screen, a list of available regions and server specifications will be displayed.

  1. Click on the row in the 「Region」 column that displays a region available for the user group whose point balance you want to check, and the 【Settings】 screen will appear.

  2. In the 「Point Wallet」 column, select the user group whose point balance you want to check.

  1. You can check the current point balance of the selected user group in 「Currently Available Points」 within the 「Pre-Calculated Points」 section at the bottom of the screen.

TIPS!

  • Regions available for the user group whose point balance you want to check can be confirmed on the 【Region Control】 screen （administrators only）.
  • If the same region is displayed on multiple rows, selecting any row will not affect the point balance confirmation.



1.2. Checking During Login Server Startup

Users can check the point balance of their user group wallet during the login server startup process.

  1. Open the 【Login Servers】 screen from the 〈Login Servers〉 menu on the left.

  1. Click the［+Add Login Server］button in the upper right of the 【Login Servers】 screen to open the 【Create Login Server】 screen.

  2. On the 【Create Login Server】 screen, pre-configured regions and information about the user group the user belongs to will be displayed.

  1. In the 「Region」 column, select a region available for the user group whose point balance you want to check.

  2. In the 「Point Wallet」 column, select the user group whose point balance you want to check.

  1. You can check the current point balance of the selected user group in 「Currently Available Points」 within the 「Pre-Calculated Points」 section at the bottom of the screen.
